As a SDE II, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the future of our product and student experience by collaborating with cross-functional teams and driving the execution of key initiatives/features. This role offers the opportunity to grow tremendously within the organisation and make a meaningful impact on the education landscape. Responsibilities: Design, develop, test, and deploy new features for Kalvium's core platform to enhance the student experience. You will architect and extend projects, by building scalable and reusable components and libraries for future use Collaborate with Product and Design teams to understand user requirements and create impactful features. Optimising components for maximum performance across cloud computers and a vast array of web-capable devices and browsers Ensure best practices in code quality, conduct regular code review  and contribute to team knowledge sharing. Optimize performance and troubleshoot issues to ensure platform stability. Manage a team of 2-3 interns and mentor them to be good engineers / contributors. Skills & Requirements: You are an entrepreneurial and get-things-done type of an engineer, who can take charge, and build the application and experiences towards it.
