Job Description:

We are seeking a passionate and experienced Chemistry Tutor to join our faculty team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for delivering engaging, well-structured lessons aligned with the BSc Nursing entrance syllabus. You should be able to simplify complex concepts and motivate students to excel.

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan and deliver chemistry lessons tailored to the nursing entrance exam syllabus (primarily Class 11 & 12 NCERT-based).
• Prepare and conduct regular tests, quizzes, and mock exams.
• Clear students' doubts and provide individual academic support when required.
• Monitor student performance and provide feedback to help improve outcomes.
• Maintain discipline, motivation, and a positive learning environment in class.
• Stay updated with the latest exam patterns and syllabus changes.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Chemistry or a related field.
• Prior teaching or coaching experience, especially for medical or nursing entrance exams, preferred.
• Strong understanding of NCERT-based Chemistry syllabus.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Passion for teaching and mentoring students.

Preferred Skills:

• Experience with entrance exam coaching (AIIMS, NEET, BSc Nursing, etc.).
• Ability to use digital tools and presentations for effective teaching.
• Good classroom management and motivational skills.
