React Native Developer
who can take charge of building and maintaining high-performance apps with
Expo/Metro bundler, EAS builds, and OTA (Over-the-Air) updates
for distributed field teams.

Responsibilities

  • Develop, maintain, and optimize
    React Native applications
    using
    Expo and Metro bundler
    .
  • Configure and manage
    EAS builds
    for both Android and iOS.
  • Implement and manage
    OTA (Over-the-Air) updates
    for seamless app delivery to end users.
  • Integrate apps with
    REST APIs and Laravel-based backends
    .
  • Work on performance optimization, debugging, and ensuring smooth user experiences.
  • Ensure code quality with proper version control (Git/GitHub) and CI/CD workflows.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams (backend, QA, UI/UX) to deliver end-to-end features.
  • Build offline-first capabilities and handle edge cases for
    low connectivity environments
    .
  • Follow
    best practices in mobile security, state management (Redux/Zustand), and testing
    .

Requirements

  • 2–4 years
    of hands-on experience in
    React Native
    development.
  • Strong knowledge of
    Expo SDK, Metro bundler, and EAS build process
    .
  • Proven experience with
    OTA updates (CodePush / Expo Updates)
    .
  • Experience in integrating
    native modules
    and third-party libraries.
  • Good understanding of
    state management (Zustand, Redux Toolkit, React Query)
    .
  • Familiarity with
    publishing apps to Play Store / App Store
    .
  • Knowledge of
    Maps (react-native-maps / Mapbox)
    and offline data handling is a plus.
  • Strong debugging and performance optimization skills.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work independently.

Good to Have

  • Experience in
    offline-first mobile app development
    .
  • Familiarity with
    telecom, survey, or enterprise-scale apps
    .
  • Knowledge of
    TypeScript
    for React Native.
  • Exposure to
    CI/CD pipelines for mobile apps
    .
