Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Java Developer located in Pune. The Java Developer will be responsible for designing, implementing, and maintaining Java applications. Day-to-day tasks will include writing efficient, reusable, and reliable Java code, ensuring the best possible performance, quality, and responsiveness of the applications, identifying bottlenecks and bugs, and devising solutions to these problems, and helping maintain code quality, organization, and automatization.

Qualifications

  • Proficiency in Java programming language
  • Experience with object-oriented programming and design patterns
  • Knowledge of relational databases and SQL
  • Familiarity with web technologies (such as HTML, CSS, JavaScript) and web frameworks
  • Understanding of version control systems, such as Git
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to troubleshoot issues
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
  • Experience with frameworks like Spring and Hibernate is a plus
  • Knowledge of cloud platforms and services is beneficial
