Production Assistant

- Enter, update, and maintain accurate records of raw materials, semi-finished goods, and finished jewellery pieces in ERP/EMR/software systems.
- Record daily production outputs, job work entries, and consumption of materials.
- Maintain databases related to stock, orders, and dispatch details.
- Cross-check entries with physical stock, production notes, and job cards for accuracy.
- Assist in reconciling discrepancies in data between different departments (production, QC, and accounts).
- Ensure confidentiality and security of sensitive production and inventory data.
- Support administrative tasks such as filing, scanning, and document management when required.
- Minimum HSC in any field.
- 1–3 years of experience as a Data Entry Operator; experience in the Jewellery industry preferred.
- Basic knowledge of Jewellery manufacturing workflow (casting, setting, polishing, QC) will be an added advantage.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹12, ₹20,271.97 per month
