1. SAP Operator & Document Controller Godrej Properties, Carmichael Site (Mumbai)

Location: Carmichael, Mumbai

Experience Required: 3–6 years

Employment Type: Full-time (Contractual / Site-based role)

About the Role:

We're seeking an experienced SAP Operator & Document Controller to join the site team at Godrej Carmichael. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with SAP FICO module, billing operations, and document control, ensuring efficient coordination with the Billing, Procurement, and Project Management teams.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Operate and manage SAP FICO for billing and invoice processing.
  • Collaborate with Billing, Procurement, and Project Management teams.
  • Maintain and control project documentation (drawings, contracts, correspondence, etc.).
  • Prepare regular MIS reports and assist with cost tracking.
  • Ensure timely vendor billing, invoice validation, and system updates.
  • Maintain data accuracy and documentation standards as per project guidelines.

Technical Skills (Non-Negotiable):

  • SAP (FICO module) – Hands-on experience required
  • MS Excel (formulas, charts, data analysis)
  • MS Word and PowerPoint
  • Documentation & Record Keeping
  • Experience with EIP (ERP) system for billing
  • Familiarity with civil execution and finishing works

Qualification:

  • Graduate / Diploma in Engineering, Commerce, or related field
  • SAP Certification (preferred)

2. Document Controller – Godrej Properties, Reserve Site (Kandivali, Mumbai)

Location: Kandivali, Mumbai

Experience Required: 2–5 years

Employment Type: Full-time (Contractual / Site-based role)

About the Role:

We're looking for a detail-oriented Document Controller to join the team at Godrej Reserve, Kandivali. The candidate will support project documentation, coordination, and record management to ensure compliance with quality and audit standards.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintain and update project documentation, reports, and records.
  • Ensure version control and document integrity.
  • Support the Project and Engineering teams with documentation needs.
  • Assist in report preparation and communication tracking.
  • Coordinate between internal departments for documentation flow.

Technical Skills:

  • MS Excel, Word & PowerPoint
  • Document management and record keeping
  • Familiarity with EIP / ERP systems (preferred)
  • Basic understanding of construction site documentation

Qualification:

  • Graduate in any discipline (Engineering/Commerce preferred)
  • 2–5 years of relevant site documentation experience
