About the Role

4 Edges, a channel partner of Ozone, and is looking for a Senior Estimation & Design Executive to join our team. This role goes beyond just estimation-it blends technical design expertise, client interaction, and project coordination. You will play a pivotal role in supporting our sales and execution teams, ensuring that every client receives precise quotations, accurate drawings, and seamless service.

Key Responsibilities

  • Prepare and oversee the team in detailed cost estimates, BOQs, and quotations for glass partition projects.
  • Create design and technical drawings based on project requirements.
  • Interact directly with architects, contractors, and clients to understand specifications and finalize requirements.
  • Work closely with the sales team to provide pre-sales support through designs and estimates.
  • Oversee post-lead conversion coordination to ensure smooth project handovers.
  • Supervise and guide team in preparing drawings, documents, and reports.
  • Coordinate with the installation team to align designs with on-site execution.
  • Suggest value-engineering options to balance cost efficiency with design integrity.

Requirements

  • Experience: Minimum 3 years in estimation and design for interiors, façade, or glass partition systems.
