We are seeking a skilled 3-Phase Electrician to install, maintain, troubleshoot, and repair electrical systems that operate on three-phase power. The role involves working with commercial, industrial, and large-scale residential systems to ensure safe and efficient electrical operations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Install, maintain, and repair three-phase electrical systems, equipment, and wiring.
  • Diagnose and troubleshoot faults in motors, control panels, distribution boards, and switchgear.
  • Conduct preventive maintenance to minimize breakdowns and downtime.
  • Interpret and work from electrical drawings, schematics, and technical diagrams.
  • Test electrical systems and ensure compliance with safety standards, codes, and regulations.
  • Connect and commission 3-phase motors, drives, transformers, and distribution systems.
  • Ensure proper load balancing and power distribution.
  • Collaborate with engineers, supervisors, and other trades to complete projects.
  • Maintain accurate records of work performed, inspections, and repairs.
  • Adhere strictly to safety protocols and electrical standards.

Skills & Qualifications

  • Proven experience as an Electrician, with specific expertise in 3-phase systems.
  • Strong knowledge of electrical codes, safety standards, and best practices.
  • Ability to read and interpret technical diagrams and wiring schematics.
  • Hands-on experience with motors, control circuits, distribution panels, and power equipment.
  • Proficiency in using electrical testing instruments (multimeters, clamp meters, insulation testers, etc.).
  • Problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
  • Good physical stamina and attention to detail.

Education & Certification

  • Diploma/ITI/Apprenticeship in Electrical or related field.
  • Valid electrician license or certification (as per local regulatory requirements).
  • Additional training in industrial or high-voltage systems is a plus.
