Creative Visual Designer
to bring our brand vision to life through design, storytelling, and visual communication.

Role and Responsibilities

  • Design high-quality
    visual assets
    for social media, website, paid ads, emailers, packaging, and campaigns.
  • Develop
    brand-aligned creatives
    that balance devotional aesthetics with modern design sensibility.
  • Conceptualize and execute
    visual storytelling campaigns
    for festivals, collaborations, and product launches.
  • Create
    Amazon A+ content, banners, product images, lifestyle mockups
    , and landing page visuals.
  • Collaborate with marketing and content teams to convert campaign ideas into
    compelling visual narratives
    .
  • Work on
    motion graphics, video editing, and reel animations
    (preferred but not mandatory).
  • Ensure consistency in
    brand identity, typography, colors, and design guidelines
    .

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in
    Design / Visual Communication / Fine Arts
    (NIFT/NID preferred).
  • 2–4 years of experience as a
    Visual Designer / Creative Designer
    (D2C/e-commerce experience preferred).
  • Strong portfolio showcasing
    campaign work, branding, and digital assets
    .
  • Expertise in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects, InDesign) + Figma/Canva.
  • Strong sense of
    composition, typography, and color theory
    .
  • Ability to think conceptually and translate
    abstract ideas into visuals
    .
  • Interest in
    spiritual, cultural, and lifestyle design themes
    is a plus.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects under tight deadlines.
