Overview

Kreedology is seeking a creative and detail-oriented Video Editor Intern to help produce engaging, high-quality video content that enhances our brand on social media, digital platforms, and marketing campaigns. This role is ideal for someone passionate about storytelling, digital media, and education.

Key Responsibilities

Assist in creating and editing branded video content for Kreedology's official channels (social media, web, campaigns).

Collaborate with the marketing and creative teams to storyboard and develop video concepts.

Edit raw footage into polished, compelling narratives using video editing software.

Add graphics, motion, transitions, text overlays, and effects to videos as appropriate.

Optimize videos for different digital platforms and formats (YouTube, Instagram, LinkedIn, etc.).

Manage and organize media assets for efficient workflow and archive.

Ensure all content is in line with Kreedology's brand guidelines and quality standards.

Participate in brainstorming sessions and provide creative ideas for new video projects.

Qualifications

Pursuing or recently completed a degree in Film, Digital Media, Mass Communication, Animation, or a related field.

Proficiency in video editing software: Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, DaVinci Resolve, After Effects, CapCut, InShot, or Canva.

Basic understanding of motion graphics and animation skills is a plus.

Strong storytelling and creative editing skills.

Knowledge of video optimization techniques, color grading, and audio balancing.

Attention to detail, organizational skills, and ability to meet deadlines.

Excellent communication skills and ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Portfolio or showcase of video projects (academic or freelance work) preferred.
