About the team:
The analytics team comprises passionate problem solvers who share a common vision of enabling decision-making through data-driven strategies.
Roles and Responsibilities:
Define product and business problems. Define key metrics and indicators for measurements. Conduct a thorough and precise analysis for the defined problem.
Stay on top of the key business metrics, analyze them, and provide actionable business insights to help improve business outcomes.
Maintain project documentation, drive process compliance and knowledge sharing within the team to improve productivity
Facilitate planning and execution of complex projects by adopting new and innovative ways to solve business problems
Develop & maintain automated dashboards for tracking business metrics for the product and leadership team.
Assist in the development of the strategy for the individual business units and the overall organization.
Partner with key stakeholders to plan and deliver complex data analyses.
Deliver advanced, detailed data analysis of business metrics and share actionable insights.
Desired Skill-sets:
Expert in Data Wrangling using Python, SQL and Google Sheets
Experience in building impactful dashboards on Apache Superset or any other BI Tool
Experience of Orchestration using Prefect/Airflow
Experience working with Data Observability platforms
Great if you have worked on Lakehouse, AWS S3 and Redshift
Great at working as a team with high level of ownership
Strong problem-solving ability is a must for this role. You will be dealing with a vast and complex set of problems that need to be analysed in order to arrive at actionable insights.
Precise and to the point approach; in the numbers, you quote, in the workbooks you create, in the mock-ups you make.
Knowledge of web analytics tools & services like Google Analytics.
Strong desire to constantly learn and improve your knowledge of new and advanced technologies.
Bachelors/Masters in Engineering, Mathematics, Statistics, or any other relevant discipline with at least 2+ years of relevant experience
Great to have: Experience of working in high performance analytics teams with exposure to Data Engineering, Data Analytics and Data Science
