We are looking for a Skilled Dayforce Consultant with 5 years of hands-on experience in implementing, configuring, and supporting Ceridian Dayforce HCM. The ideal candidate will play a key role in delivering high-quality solutions across modules such as HR, Payroll, Benefits, Time & Attendance, and Workforce Management.
Key Responsibilities
- Configure, implement, and support Dayforce HCM modules based on client requirements.
- Gather and analyze business requirements and translate them into technical and functional specifications.
- Manage Dayforce integrations with third-party systems (e.g., finance, benefits, or time tracking tools).
- Conduct system testing, troubleshooting, and data validation to ensure accurate processing and reporting.
- Provide end-user training, documentation, and ongoing post-implementation support.
- Collaborate with HR, Payroll, and IT teams to optimize system performance and usability.
- Support release management, version upgrades, and continuous improvements within Dayforce.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- 5 years of experience working as a Dayforce Consultant or similar HCM implementation role.
- Hands-on experience with one or more Dayforce modules (Payroll, Benefits, WFM, or HR).
- Strong understanding of HR and payroll business processes.
- Experience in Dayforce integrations using APIs, XML, or other data exchange methods.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and deliver within deadlines.
Preferred Qualifications
- Dayforce certification(s) in relevant modules.
- Experience in Dayforce implementation across multiple industries.
- Familiarity with SQL, report writing, or data analytics tools.
- Exposure to global payroll or multi-country deployments is a plus.

Pay: ₹80, ₹100,000.00 per month
