Responsibilities

  • Attend to all walk-in enquiries at our Bangalore office and provide professional counselling to students and parents.
  • Understand students' academic profiles, career goals, and preferences to recommend suitable study abroad programs.
  • Guide students through the application, admission, and visa processes.
  • Convert walk-in enquiries into admissions by enrolling students into our service packages.
  • Maintain proper records of all enquiries, follow-ups, and conversions in the CRM.
  • Coordinate with cross-functional teams in admissions, marketing, and operations to ensure smooth student support.
  • Act as a proactive representative of the company, taking responsibility for office-based sales targets.

Requirements

  • Excellent communication skills with a cheerful, approachable personality.
  • Prior experience in counselling, student advisory, or sales roles (preferably in the education or study abroad sector).
  • Proven ability to convert leads/walk-ins into paying customers.
  • Strong working knowledge of the sales funnel and effective counselling techniques.
  • Good understanding of student acquisition, conversion, and retention metrics.
  • Ability to handle walk-ins independently and deliver a great customer experience.

Nice to Have

  • Experience in the study abroad industry (Germany, Ireland, or other destinations).
  • Exposure to working with high-volume student walk-ins or sales teams.
  • Degree in Sales, Marketing, or Education Management.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹20, ₹25,000.00 per month
