Position: French Language Professor (Aviation & Hospitality Communication)

Location: Khandeshwar, Panvel.

About the Role: We are looking for an experienced French Language Professor who can train aspiring air hostesses and hospitality professionals in spoken and written French with a special focus on aviation and customer service communication. The candidate will be responsible for improving students' language proficiency, cultural understanding, and confidence to meet the standards of the global aviation and hospitality industry.

• Key Responsibilities: Teach French grammar, vocabulary, pronunciation, and conversational skills with emphasis on aviation and hospitality usage.
• Train students in basic and advanced French communication required for cabin crew, ground staff, and hospitality professionals.
• Conduct role-plays, simulations, and mock announcements in French for in-flight and airport scenarios.
• Introduce students to aviation-specific terminologies in French, including safety announcements and customer service dialogues.
• Mentor students in cross-cultural communication and etiquette to handle French-speaking passengers effectively.
• Prepare lesson plans, teaching materials, and assessments aligned with international standards.
• Evaluate student performance and provide personalized feedback to enhance fluency and confidence.
• Collaborate with the academy's training team to integrate French language learning with personality development and soft skills training.
• Qualifications & Requirements :Master's Degree in French Language / French Literature / Applied Linguistics (PhD preferred).
• Minimum 3–5 years of teaching experience in French, preferably in aviation, hospitality, or corporate training.
• Certification in DELF/DALF or equivalent international French proficiency qualification.
• Strong command over spoken and written French with ability to explain concepts in English.
• Knowledge of aviation/hospitality industry communication needs will be a strong advantage.
• Excellent classroom management, mentoring, and presentation skills.
