Job Title: Reservation Executive

Key Responsibilities:
- Handle room and event booking inquiries via phone, email, WhatsApp, and booking platforms
- Attend and respond to wedding and banquet hall inquiries
- Maintain accurate records in reservation software
- Coordinate with front office and operations team for guest check-ins
- Upsell rooms, packages, and banquet services
- Respond to guest queries and follow up on pending bookings
- Prepare daily and monthly booking reports
- Communicate with travel agents, OTAs, and corporate clients
- Record guest preferences and special requests
Requirements:
- Minimum 3-4 years of experience in the hospitality industry (mandatory)
- Strong communication skills (English, Hindi, Marathi)
- Familiar with hotel software Innkeys and MS Office
- Customer service-focused and detail-oriented
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹20, ₹25,000.00 per month
