Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle room and event booking inquiries via phone, email, WhatsApp, and booking platforms
  • Attend and respond to wedding and banquet hall inquiries
  • Maintain accurate records in reservation software
  • Coordinate with front office and operations team for guest check-ins
  • Upsell rooms, packages, and banquet services
  • Respond to guest queries and follow up on pending bookings
  • Prepare daily and monthly booking reports
  • Communicate with travel agents, OTAs, and corporate clients
  • Record guest preferences and special requests

Requirements:

  • Minimum 3-4 years of experience in the hospitality industry (mandatory)
  • Strong communication skills (English, Hindi, Marathi)
  • Familiar with hotel software Innkeys and MS Office
  • Customer service-focused and detail-oriented

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹20, ₹25,000.00 per month
