Job Overview
We are looking for a seasoned Senior Civil Engineer to lead the execution of our High-Rise Residential Project at DTC Good Earth. The ideal candidate is a hands-on leader from a Construction/Contractor background with extensive expertise in Aluminium Formwork (Aluform) technology and site resource planning.

Key Responsibilities

  • Project Execution: Lead the end-to-end execution of civil works for high-rise residential towers, ensuring completion within time, quality, and safety standards.
  • Aluform Expertise: Implement and supervise construction using Aluform technology (Aluminium Formwork). You must have a minimum of 3 years of hands-on experience with this specific technology.
  • Resource & Contractor Management: Handle team mobilisation and coordinate with the Project Manager to finalise and manage petty/small contractors at the site.
  • Planning & Coordination: Prepare micro-plans in coordination with the Planning team to ensure optimal resource utilisation. Coordinate with the purchase team for material planning.
  • Technical Control: Review Bar Bending Schedules (BBS) to track steel consumption/utilisation accurately. Review detailed drawings, raise RFIs, and coordinate with the Design team/Consultants for closure.

Requirements
Core Expertise:
Must have significant experience in an Execution role within a Construction or Contractor firm.

Proven track record in High-Rise Residential Projects (from piling to civil construction).

Mandatory:
Strong proficiency in Aluform Shuttering / Aluminium Formwork.

Leadership:
Demonstrated experience in a senior role handling teams and coordinating with subcontractors.

Software Skills: Well-versed in MS Office.
