LIT Growth Agency is looking for a sharp, creative, and impact-driven Copywriter — not a general content writer — who can craft words that sell, persuade, and stick in people's minds. If you breathe life into brand campaigns, write ad copy that makes people click, and turn product benefits into irresistible stories, this role is for you.

What You'll Do:

  • Write compelling ad copy for digital campaigns across Facebook, Instagram, Google Ads, and other platforms.
  • Craft powerful campaign headlines, taglines, and brand slogans that capture attention instantly.
  • Develop messaging frameworks and tone of voice for brands.
  • Collaborate with designers and marketing teams to create integrated campaigns.
  • Write scripts for video ads, reels, and promotional campaigns.
  • Refine copy to be crisp, persuasive, and aligned with the brand's goals.
  • Brainstorm fresh creative concepts that drive results.

You're a Great Fit If You:

  • Have 1–2 years of professional copywriting experience (preferably in a marketing/creative agency).
  • Understand the difference between copywriting and content writing — and you're all about selling the idea, not just telling the story.
  • Can adapt your tone and style for different brands and campaigns without losing creativity.
  • Think in hooks, headlines, and conversions — not just paragraphs.
  • Thrive in fast-paced environments where ideas move quickly.
  • Are open to feedback and constantly look for ways to sharpen your words.
