Position Overview: 

We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented UI/UX Designer with 2 to 4 years of hands-on experience in crafting beautiful and user-centered digital experiences. You will collaborate with product managers, developers, and stakeholders to transform ideas into functional, appealing, and user-friendly designs.

Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business and user requirements.
  • Design intuitive user interfaces for web and mobile applications.
  • Create wireframes, storyboards, user flows, process flows, and site maps.
  • Develop interactive prototypes using Figma or other prototyping tools.
  • Conduct user research and usability testing to refine the user experience.
  • Ensure a consistent visual language and adherence to brand guidelines.
  • Deliver high-fidelity mockups and design specifications for development.
  • Keep up to date with the latest UI/UX trends, techniques, and technologies.
  • Actively contribute to product ideation and innovation with a user-first mindset.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Design, Fine Arts, or related field.
  • 2–4 years of proven experience in UI/UX design for web and mobile platforms.
  • Strong proficiency in Figma, Adobe XD, Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, and other relevant design tools.
  • Experience in building responsive and accessible designs.
  • Understanding of basic front-end technologies (HTML/CSS) is a plus.
  • Strong portfolio showcasing user-centric design projects and processes.
  • Excellent communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
  • Ability to take feedback constructively and iterate quickly.
