Position: General Manager Operations

Location: Jhagadia Facility, Gujarat

Requirements:

  • Currently working as Head Operations at DGM level or above with a minimum of 3–4 years in the current role.
  • Total Experience: 22–28 years.
  • Age: 45–50 years.
  • Industry Preference: Candidates strictly from API or Excipients manufacturing. (Formulations experience will not be considered.)
  • Must possess strong production and operations leadership skills.
  • Experience in managing a plant with a turnover of 150 crore or above is preferred.
  • Should have a consistent and progressive career track record.

Roles and Responsibilities

  • Oversee daily operations of the plant, ensuring smooth production and manufacturing processes.
  • Manage manpower planning, budgeting, and cost control to optimize resource utilization.
  • Develop and implement strategies for process improvements, quality control, and safety protocols.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve operational issues and improve overall efficiency.
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, industry standards, and company policies.
