You will join Oracle Customer Success Services (CSS) – Oracle University, a team dedicated to delivering world-class training and enablement solutions for Oracle customers and partners. Our mission is to accelerate the adoption of next-generation AI-driven enterprise solutions by translating Oracle Fusion Cloud Applications innovations into practical, actionable learning experiences. The Fusion Cloud Applications Product Management Team within Oracle University drives learner journeys and ensures Oracle customers and partners are empowered to leverage cutting-edge AI capabilities effectively.

Job Summary

As a Solution Lead, you will blend technical leadership, consulting, and enablement expertise to design, build, and deliver AI-powered Oracle Fusion Cloud Applications solutions. You will work directly with product development, customers, and partners to translate AI innovations into scalable, hands-on training, enabling enterprise adoption of Oracle Fusion Cloud ERP, HCM, SCM, and CX solutions. This role requires a visionary, technically skilled professional capable of shaping the future of AI-driven enterprise enablement.

Key Responsibilities

AI Training Strategy and Design

• Lead the design and deployment of AI/ML innovations within Oracle Fusion Cloud Applications into innovative training solutions.
• Consult with product development on AI agent implementations, ensuring alignment with business objectives and industry best practices.
• Serve as a subject matter expert, guiding customers and partners in implementing AI agent templates via Oracle University training catalog.

Advisory & Best Practice Development

• Engage with product teams to define training requirements, use cases, and desired AI outcomes.
• Document and curate AI agent best practices, elevating learners' understanding and adoption of AI-powered enterprise solutions.
• Provide actionable feedback to Oracle University teams based on customer interactions and real-world AI deployments.

Partner & Customer Enablement

• Act as an AI evangelist and enablement leader, designing and updating comprehensive curriculum and enablement resources.
• Track and evaluate new Oracle Fusion Cloud AI features, translating advancements into high-impact workshops, documentation, and learning content.

Innovation, Collaboration & Continuous Improvement

• Collaborate cross-functionally with product development and curriculum teams to innovate and refine agent-based cloud solutions.
• Lead continuous improvement by gathering stakeholder feedback, iterating materials, and enhancing curriculum as Oracle AI portfolio evolves.
• Use project management and analytics tools to track deliverables, monitor program success, and measure business impact.

Qualifications & Skills

Mandatory:

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Advanced Analytics, Information Systems, or a related STEM field.
• Experience leading Oracle Fusion Cloud Application implementations (ERP, HCM, SCM, CX) with a focus on AI and enterprise innovation.
• Strong background in technical solution engineering, advanced analytics, or computer science. Knowledge of RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation) techniques required.
• Hands-on experience designing, building, or deploying AI multi-agent or enterprise AI solutions.
• Ability to translate functional/business requirements into scalable training or enablement solutions.
• Expertise in consulting and collaborating with enterprise customers, SI partners, and sales teams to deliver AI and cloud solutions.
• Proficiency with AI frameworks and tools such as Flowise, CrewAI, Relevance AI, Langchain, or AutoGen.
• Outstanding communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.

Good-to-Have:

• Oracle Cloud Architect or relevant functional certifications.
• Experience enabling partners/customers in deploying AI or automation-driven cloud solutions.
• Prior involvement in change management and user adoption programs for enterprise systems.
• Knowledge of hybrid and multi-cloud architectures.
