The Business Development Executive will be responsible for generating new business opportunities across software products, IT services, and hardware solutions. The role involves telecalling, lead qualification, client coordination and achieving monthly sales targets through consistent follow-up and closure.

Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct daily outbound calls to introduce VCEFE's software solutions, IT services, and hardware products.
  • Present product features, including computers, printers, accessories, and rental offerings, in a clear and professional manner.
  • Identify potential clients, qualify leads, and convert them into business opportunities.
  • Maintain structured follow-up with prospects to drive successful closures.
  • Document call activities, lead updates, and progress reports accurately in the lead management system.
  • Achieve monthly sales targets set for software, IT products, and service offerings.
  • Coordinate with internal teams for product demos, onboarding, delivery, and aftersales support.
  • Gather client feedback and share insights to support continuous improvement.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Female candidates preferred.
  • Strong communication skills in Tamil; basic English proficiency is an advantage.
  • Prior experience in telecalling, lead generation, or sales is desirable.
  • Ability to understand and explain software solutions and IT hardware products.
  • Target-driven mindset with strong follow-up and negotiation skills.
  • Professional attitude with the ability to manage daily activities independently
