Job Summary:

We are looking for a proactive and enthusiastic Spare Marketing Executive to support the Service Department in promoting and managing the sale of spare parts. The role involves coordinating with service teams, understanding customer needs, and ensuring the availability and timely supply of spares to enhance customer satisfaction. Fresh graduates passionate about marketing and service operations are welcome to apply.

Key Responsibilities:

Assist the Service Department in promoting spare parts sales to customers.

Coordinate with service advisors and technicians to identify spare requirements.

Support in preparing quotations and processing customer orders.

Help in maintaining spare parts stock levels and monitoring inventory.

Follow up with customers regarding spare requirements, orders, and deliveries.

Maintain proper documentation of spare parts usage and sales.

Assist in planning and executing promotional campaigns for spare parts.

Prepare basic reports on spare sales performance and customer feedback.
