Required a Chemical Engineer with 2-4 years experience in the ALTERNATE ENERGY/ PETROLEUM REFINING field. We are looking for a talented and detail-oriented chemical engineer to join our company. As the design engineer, you will be responsible for carrying out a variety of engineering duties including designing, researching, and presentation.

The chosen engineer will collaborate on various design projects, using in-depth knowledge of the latest design trends and engineering software to lead the way. In addition to being a good communicator, all candidates should have good problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities:

  • Research and draft blueprints, engineering plans, and graphics.
  • Use design software to develop models and drawings of new products.
  • Maintain existing engineering records and designs.
  • Design and develop detailed engineering using process and instrumentation diagram for bench scale catalytic reactor systems or hydro treating pilot plant.
  • Design, Manufacture and Commissioning of Micro Reactors and Pilot Scale Units for research in Petroleum refining Industry and Alternate Energy Systems.
  • Responsible for supply chain and procurement activities of equipment.
  • Identify new vendors, perform price negotiations, contracting terms, purchase order (PO) creation, request for quotes (RFQs), and supplier evaluation.
  • Perform analysis of vendor performance, resolving pricing and invoice issues.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in chemical engineering, design engineering, or relevant field. design Knowledge of Micro Reactors and Pilot Scale reactor Units will be preferred.
  • A minimum of 1-2 years' experience in a similar role.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Accurate and strong attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in procurement.
  • Proficient in MS Office and AutoCAD design software.
  • Ability to multitask and manage time effectively.
