Established in April 2015 under the Companies Act 2013, Maatrum is India's pioneering online real estate title verification company, leveraging advanced technology to procure property documents directly from government databases. Our team of experienced real estate lawyers and valuation professionals uses our proprietary technology platform to deliver accurate, timely, and technology-driven verification reports.

Roles & Responsibilities:

Travel to customer locations for on-site verification.

Measure land and buildings, including details such as the number of floors and rooms (if applicable).

Capture site photographs with GPS location and take a selfie with the customer on-site.

Record geo-locations of comparable properties.

Take photographs of the EB board and electricity bill.

Collect and document the four boundary details of the site.

Gather market rates per square foot from multiple reliable sources.

Update all collected information accurately in the Site Inspector Application.

Preferred Candidate Profile & Qualifications:

Fluency in reading and writing the regional language.

Diploma in Civil Engineering (preferred) or B.E. in Civil Engineering.

Basic civil engineering knowledge related to land, plots, and flats.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Permanent, Freelance

Pay: ₹10, ₹24,000.00 per month

Work Location: In person
