Job Summary:

We are looking for a Telecaller – EMI Collections to contact customers and recover pending EMI payments. If you have good communication skills , this is the right role for you.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Call customers to remind them about their EMI dues.
  • Explain payment details and encourage timely payment.
  • Maintain follow-ups and update records in the system.
  • Handle objections and resolve basic customer queries.
  • Escalate non-responsive or critical cases to the supervisor.
  • Ensure adherence to company policies and compliance norms.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹12, ₹25,000.00 per month
