Job Summary:
We are looking for a Telecaller – EMI Collections to contact customers and recover pending EMI payments. If you have good communication skills , this is the right role for you.

Key Responsibilities:
- Call customers to remind them about their EMI dues.
- Explain payment details and encourage timely payment.
- Maintain follow-ups and update records in the system.
- Handle objections and resolve basic customer queries.
- Escalate non-responsive or critical cases to the supervisor.
- Ensure adherence to company policies and compliance norms.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹12, ₹25,000.00 per month
