Job Summary

We're looking for a creative and detail-oriented Graphic Designer to join our team. This role involves
developing compelling visual content for both digital and print,
with a strong focus on packaging design, brand storytelling, and marketing assets. The ideal candidate has a
keen eye for aesthetics, understands design trends, and can translate brand vision into striking, functional visuals.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design
    engaging visual content for
    both digital and print platforms
    , including social media, in-store branding, and packaging.
  • Develop
    creative assets such as logos, illustrations, posters, brochures, and other brand-aligned materials.
  • Conceptualize
    and
    execute
    innovative graphic packaging designs that reflect the brand's identity and appeal to target audiences.
  • Deliver
    high-quality work with a strong command of typography, layout, and visual hierarchy.
  • Interpret creative briefs and translate them into effective design s
    olutions that meet marketing and brand objectives.
  • Manage
    multiple design projects simultaneously
    while maintaining deadlines and attention to detail.
  • Collaborate
    closely with the Brand Manager and Marketing team to align design output with strategic goals.
  • Ensure
    brand consistency across all materials by adhering to the
    Brand Book
    and visual identity guidelines.
  • Accept and integrate feedback
    to continually refine and improve design outcomes.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree or diploma in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or a related field.
  • 2+ years of experience in graphic design, preferably in F&B, hospitality, retail, or lifestyle sectors.
  • Strong portfolio demonstrating versatility in branding, packaging, and digital content design.
  • Excellent understanding of typography, color theory, layout, and composition.
  • Ability to think creatively and execute designs that are both strategic and visually appealing.
  • Strong communication skills to interpret briefs, present ideas, and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
  • Self-motivated, organized, and able to manage time across multiple projects.

Proficiency In Tools

  • Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign – essential)
  • CorelDRAW
  • Canva, or similar tools for layout and digital mockups
  • Knowledge of basic motion graphics or video editing (Adobe After Effects or Premiere Pro) is a plus
  • Comfortable working with print production guidelines and packaging die-lines
