You will work in a highly collaborative environment building next-generation platforms and services.Job Description What you would do:Design, develop and run cloud-native data platform and analytics SaaS servicesHands-on coding > 90% of the timeDesign and build large-scale real-time stream processing systemsDesign, develop and run microservices and analytics SaaS solutionsOwn Continuous Integration (CI) and Continuous Deployment (CD) for your servicesOwn scalability, availability, and data security for your servicesTriage & resolve code defectsMaintain secure code and resolve app security findings What you would need to succeed:Minimum 10+ years of relevant work experienceExperience building cloud native data platformExcellent programming skills in Java/Python, with strong, hands-on experience in the Spring Boot framework.Strong experience with AWS (or another major public cloud) and designing cloud-native solutions.Deep understanding of distributed systems concepts and principles (e.g., consistency, availability, fault-tolerance, consensus algorithms).Demonstrable experience in designing and implementing robust, scalable multi-tenancy architectures for SaaS products.Experience with relational databases (e.g., PostgreSQL, MySQL) and cloud data warehouses like Redshift.Familiarity with modern big data ecosystems (Data Mesh,Lakehouse) and technologies (Spark,Trino).Working knowledge of Data Governance principles and experience implementing solutions for data quality, security, and compliance.Experience integrating Artificial Intelligence (AI) or Machine Learning (ML) models into production systems and workflows.Working knowledge with containerization and orchestration tools like Docker and Kubernetes.Experience with Infrastructure as Code (IaC) using tools like Terraform.About GuidewireGuidewire is the platform P&C insurers trust to engage, innovate, and grow efficiently.
