Kapaacon Enterprises Pvt. Ltd., established at the end of 2021, is a growing company in the field of electrical and solar power installations. Within a short span, we have successfully executed multiple projects across Odisha and continue to expand our presence. As part of our growth, we are setting up a new office in Bhubaneswar and are hiring skilled professionals to strengthen our team.

Responsibilities:

  • Regular coordination with internal teams to collect transaction data and maintain accurate books of accounts.
  • Preparation and timely filing of GST returns, TDS, ITR and other statutory compliances.
  • Generate invoices and E-way bills as per company requirements.
  • Draft and prepare work orders and related documentation.
  • Review and summarize tender documents, providing concise reports to management.
  • Assist in day-to-day accounting operations and financial record management.

Preferred Candidate Profile:

  • Candidates with prior experience in accounting, GST/TDS filings, and invoicing will be given preference.
  • Working knowledge of MS Office (Excel/Word) and accounting software/Tally is desirable.
  • Attention to detail, organizational skills, and ability to work within deadlines.

  • Selected candidates shall be on a probation period of six months.
