Seeking an experienced and dynamic Project Manager to oversee end-to-end

construction activities for our project. Candidate should have a strong leadership skills,

deep technical knowledge of construction processes, and a will be responsible for

planning, coordinating and managing construction projects for our firm.

Key Responsibilities

  • Plan, coordinate, and manage all phases of construction projects from

inception, planning, execution, monitoring and completion.

  • Liaising with architects, consultants, contractors, and suppliers to ensure

smooth execution of work.

  • Prepare and monitor project schedules, budgets, and resource allocation plans.
  • Ensure compliance with statutory regulations, building codes, and safety

standards.

  • Manage construction project documentation, including contracts, permits,

drawings and change orders.

  • Oversee site operations, resolve issues, and ensure adherence to project

timelines.

  • Conduct regular project review meetings, track progress, and implement

corrective actions when needed.

  • Manage procurement, vendor negotiations, and contract administration.
  • Maintain quality control through regular inspections and audits.
  • Report project status to senior management with transparency and accuracy.

Preferred candidate profile

Qualifications & Skills

  • Bachelors degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related

field.

  • 812 years of experience in construction project management, preferably in the

real estate sector.

  • Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and legal requirements.
  • Excellent leadership, negotiation, and communication skills.
  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making ability.
