We are looking for a skilled Product Owner with 7-10 years of experience to lead our team in defining product vision, roadmap, and communicating with stakeholders. The ideal candidate will have strong requirement gathering skills, experience working with Agile/SAFe frameworks, and excellent communication and negotiation skills. This position is based in Bangalore (Hybrid).

Roles and Responsibility

  • Lead team scrums to define product vision, roadmap, and communicate with stakeholders throughout the project.
  • Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to analyze needs and align product roadmap with strategic goals.
  • Work closely with product managers and business teams to create and maintain product backlog.
  • Develop user stories and monitor/evaluate product progress at each stage of the process.
  • Utilize strong communication, negotiation, interpersonal, and basic management skills to influence stakeholders and team members.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering or Master's degree in Computer Science with 7 years of relevant experience.
  • Minimum 6 years as a Product Owner in an Agile environment with SAFe Agile experience.
  • Strong requirement gathering and Agile Scrum experience.
  • Experience developing Features/Epics/User Stories and monitoring/evaluating product progress.
  • Excellent leadership and interpersonal skills with the ability to influence stakeholders and team members.
  • Good prioritization skills and excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Life Sciences experience is a plus.
  • Knowledgeable and experienced in Agile/SAFe framework is preferred.
  • Knowledge of tools like JIRA etc.
  • Experienced in requirement gathering.
  • Good negotiation skills.
  • Proficient in Agile/Scrum methodology.
  • Ability to work under pressure and tight deadlines.
