Full Stack Developer (3–4 Years Experience)

About the Role

We're looking for an experienced and self-driven Full Stack Developer to join our dynamic

engineering team. You'll play a key role in designing, developing, and scaling high-

performance web applications. This role is ideal for someone with 3–4 years of

professional experience whose comfortable owning features end-to-end — from system

design to deployment — and has a good understanding of Kubernetes and cloud-native

environments.

What You'll Do


• Architect, build, and maintain scalable full-stack web applications using modern

technologies


• Design and implement RESTful APIs and integrate them seamlessly with frontend

systems


• Work closely with designers, product managers, and DevOps engineers to deliver

robust, user-centric features


• Ensure system reliability and scalability through modern deployment practices and

microservice architecture


• Optimize application performance, security, and maintainability


• Participate in code reviews, technical discussions, and contribute to improving

engineering standards


• Mentor junior developers and guide them on best practices in full-stack

development


• Collaborate in agile sprints and take ownership of project deliverables

What We're Looking For


• 3–4 years of professional experience as a Full Stack Developer


• Strong proficiency in JavaScript/TypeScript and frontend frameworks like React,

, or


• Solid backend experience with , Python (Django/Flask/FastAPI), or similar

frameworks


• Good understanding of Kubernetes, containerization, and deployment workflows


• Familiarity with microservices architecture and RESTful API design
• Experience with databases like PostgreSQL, MongoDB, or MySQL


• Proficiency in Git, CI/CD pipelines, and general DevOps collaboration


• Strong understanding of cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP)


• Excellent debugging, optimization, and problem-solving skills


• Ability to take ownership, work autonomously, and collaborate effectively in a fast-

paced environment

Nice to Have


• Experience with Docker, Helm.


• Familiarity with message queues (RabbitMQ, Kafka, etc.)


• Exposure to GraphQL and WebSockets


• Contributions to open-source projects or an active GitHub portfolio


• Experience in system design and architecture planning
