Podcast Production Intern
, you'll be 
right in the action
 — helping create YouTube-worthy episodes, designing for impact, editing for virality, and coordinating with guests who are leaders in their industries.

What You'll Do

  • Design & Edit:
     Create stunning thumbnails, graphics, and visuals that stop the scroll.
  • Post-Production Magic:
     Edit raw podcast footage into engaging, polished episodes for YouTube, Instagram Reels, and Spotify.
  • Recording Support:
     Assist in setting up equipment, cameras, and lighting to ensure a professional shoot.
  • Guest Coordination:
     Interact with high-profile guests — from entrepreneurs to celebrities — managing scheduling, communication, and on-day experience.
  • Social Content Repurposing:
     Clip and create short-form content that amplifies reach across social media.

  • Familiar with editing software (Adobe Premiere Pro / Final Cut Pro / CapCut) and design tools (Canva / Photoshop).

  • A sponge for learning — you want to grow, network, and create at a fast pace.
