Role Overview

We are seeking skilled AI/Machine Learning Engineers with solid knowledge of AI/ML

concepts and application development and working exposure to data science and data

engineering workflows. You will focus on designing and deploying agentic chatbots and

intelligent automation solutions for our healthcare platform. The ideal candidate will have

4+ years of relevant experience in AI/ML, strong Python skills, and the ability to work

independently on model development and integration.

Key Responsibilities

●Develop AI-powered agentic chatbots for:

○ Appointment scheduling and cancellation management.

○ Doctor–patient voice-to-text transcription with ICD coding and prescription

automation.

○ Claims pre-scrubbing, denial handling, and record retrieval.

○ Prior authorization processing for high-cost oncology drugs.

● Implement predictive analytics features within AI chatbots.

● Work on data mining, data warehousing, and digital transformation of

healthcare data.

●Collaborate on cybersecurity and cloud migration initiatives.

Required Technical Skills

●Programming & AI/ML: Proficiency in Python with hands-on experience in

developing AI/ML solutions.

●Data Engineering: Solid understanding and practical experience in data engineering

concepts and workflows, including ETL processes.

●Chatbot Development: Proven experience in designing and deploying chatbots

using modern frameworks and tools.

● Analytics: Expertise in predictive analytics techniques for deriving actionable insights

from data.

● Frontend Technologies: In-depth knowledge of HTML5, CSS3, and JavaScript, with

hands-on experience in frameworks like , state management

(Redux/Context API), responsive design, REST API integration.

Experience working

in cross-functional teams, managing sprints, and tracking deliverables.

●Databases: Strong command of SQL, including the ability to write and optimize

complex queries for performance and scalability.

Preferred Skills

●Experience in the healthcare domain preferred (EMR/EHR systems, insurance

workflows, HL7, XML/EDI).

●Knowledge of cloud platforms (Azure preferred; AWS/GCP also considered).

●Exposure to cybersecurity practices in AI applications.

Experience & Qualifications

● Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science with specialization in Data Science, AI/ML.

●Minimum 4 years of relevant professional experience in AI/ML engineering.

● Proven track record of delivering AI/ML solutions from concept to deployment.

● Strong communication skills and ability to explain complex technical concepts to non-

technical stakeholders.
