3D Modeler for Game Development: Create high-quality 3D assets using Blender. Must understand game-ready topology, texturing, and UV mapping. Collaborate with developers to bring game environments, props, and characters to life.Responsibilities

As a 3D Modeler for Game Development, your primary responsibilities will include:

3D Asset Creation: Create high-quality 3D models of environments, props, characters, and other game assets from concept art, reference images, or design specifications.

Modeling Software Proficiency: Utilize Blender as your primary tool for modeling, sculpting, and retopology.

Game-Ready Topology: Ensure all models are created with efficient and clean game-ready topology, optimizing for performance without compromising visual fidelity.

Texturing: Create high-quality textures (PBR workflows highly preferred) using appropriate software (e.g., Substance Painter, Photoshop, or similar) to bring models to life.

UV Mapping: Develop clean and optimized UV maps for efficient texturing and light mapping.

Collaboration: Work closely and collaboratively with game designers, programmers, animators, and other artists to integrate assets seamlessly into the game engine and ensure they meet technical and artistic requirements.

Iteration & Feedback: Actively participate in art critiques, receive and implement feedback to iterate on designs and improve asset quality.

Optimization: Optimize 3D assets for various platforms and performance requirements, balancing visual quality with game engine efficiency.

Pipeline Adherence: Follow established art pipelines, naming conventions, and best practices.

Problem-Solving: Troubleshoot and resolve any technical issues related to 3D models within the game engine.
