Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Food And Beverage Service - Guest Service Associate at Sayaji Hotels Ltd, located in Aurangabad. The Guest Service Associate will be responsible for providing exceptional food and beverage service to guests, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction. Responsibilities include taking orders, serving food and beverages, addressing guest inquiries, and maintaining a clean and inviting dining environment. The Associate will work closely with the culinary team to deliver outstanding dining experiences for our guests.

Qualifications

  • Skills in Food Service and Food & Beverage
  • Strong Customer Service and Communication skills
  • Basic Culinary Skills
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and a friendly disposition
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks efficiently
  • Previous experience in the hospitality industry is a plus
  • High school diploma or equivalent; vocational training or certification in hospitality management is beneficial
