Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Sales Manager, located in Jalandhar. The Sales Manager will be responsible for developing and implementing sales strategies, managing customer relationships, and achieving sales targets. Day-to-day tasks include identifying new business opportunities, conducting market research, preparing sales reports, and coordinating with the marketing and production teams. The Sales Manager will also be responsible for ensuring customer satisfaction and fostering long-term business relationships.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience in Sales Management, Business Development, and Customer Relationship Management
  • Strong analytical skills for Market Research and Strategy Development
  • Excellent Communication and Interpersonal skills
  • Ability to meet sales targets and drive revenue growth
  • Experience in the electric vehicle industry is a plus
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
  • Willingness to work on-site in Jalandhar
  • Proficiency in CRM software and MS Office suite
