Key Responsibilities:

  • Act as the primary point of contact for prospective parents and students.
  • Provide clear and accurate information about the school's IB programmes (PYP, MYP, DP), facilities, values, and culture.
  • Conduct campus tours, orientation sessions, and admission interviews.
  • Support the applicant assessment process in collaboration with academic staff.
  • Coordinate and manage the application process, ensuring timely communication and follow-up.
  • Maintain accurate records of leads, applications, conversions, and admissions using school CRM or ERP systems.
  • Assist families with documentation, fee details, and onboarding after admission confirmation.
  • Participate in open houses, community events, and outreach activities to promote the school.
  • Liaise with the marketing team to support admissions campaigns and events.
  • Meet or exceed admission targets and KPIs set by school leadership.

Required Qualifications & Skills:

  • Bachelor's degree in Education, Psychology, Business, Communications, or a related field.
  • Minimum 1 year of relevant experience in admissions, academic counselling, or client-facing roles (preferably in an IB or international school setting).
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and cultural sensitivity.
  • Knowledge or understanding of the IB curriculum and international education landscape.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and CRM/school ERP systems.
  • Highly organized, self-motivated, and able to manage multiple tasks efficiently.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹15, ₹30,000.00 per month
