Role: The MIS role for the Salesforce division is responsible for managing and analysing sales data to support strategic decision-making and improve operational efficiency.

Designation: Senior Executive / Assistant Manager MIS

Experience: 8 years maximum into MIS

Location: South - Mumbai (Kalaghoda)

Working Days: Monday - Friday [2nd & 4th Saturday Week-Off]

Job Responsibilities :

  • Data Management: Maintain and update Salesforce CRM records, ensuring data accuracy and consistency.
  • Reporting & Analysis: Generate daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports, dashboards, and performance metrics.
  • Performance Tracking: Monitor sales team KPIs and track progress against targets.
  • Insights & Forecasting: Analyse trends and provide actionable insights to improve sales strategies and forecasting.
  • Coordination: Collaborate with sales, marketing, and IT teams to streamline reporting processes and CRM usage.
  • Compliance & Accuracy: Ensure adherence to company policies and data confidentiality standards.
