Job Description:

  • Take ownership and responsibility of the issues reported to the team.
  • Maintain Technical Documentations (Creation of Procedure Documents).
  • Ability and flexibility to work in rotating shifts including night shifts.
  • Need to handle troubleshooting calls individually.
  • Good interpersonal written and verbal communication skills.
  • Team building and time management attitude.
