Job Overview:

We are looking for dynamic and customer-oriented individuals to join our Banking Customer Service team. The role involves assisting customers through voice (calls) and non-voice (emails, chat, or tickets) channels to resolve their banking-related queries efficiently and professionally.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle inbound and outbound customer calls, chats, and emails related to banking services.
  • Provide information on account details, transactions, credit/debit cards, loans, and online banking.
  • Help customers resolve issues related to digital banking, payments, and account access.
  • Record and update customer details accurately in internal systems.
  • Ensure all interactions comply with banking policies and data security guidelines.
  • Escalate unresolved issues to higher support teams when required.
  • Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction and professionalism at all times.
  • Work towards achieving daily/weekly quality and productivity targets.

Required Skills:

  • Excellent communication skills in English and Hindi (both are mandatory).
  • Strong problem-solving, listening, and interpersonal skills.
  • Basic understanding of banking and financial services preferred.
  • Good typing speed and computer knowledge (for non-voice processes).
  • Ability to work in rotational shifts, including weekends if required.
  • Positive attitude and strong commitment to customer service excellence.

Preferred Candidates:

  • Freshers or experienced candidates from BPO / Banking / Financial Services background.
  • Comfortable working in voice and non-voice processes.
  • Immediate joiners preferred.
