Roles and Responsibility
- Prepare and submit regulatory reports to relevant authorities, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
- Analyze and interpret complex financial data to identify trends and areas for improvement.
- Develop and maintain relationships with internal stakeholders to ensure effective communication.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement process improvements and optimize workflows.
- Identify and mitigate risks associated with regulatory reporting, ensuring compliance with industry standards.
- Provide expert guidance on regulatory requirements to junior team members.
Job Requirements
- Strong knowledge of regulatory capital reporting principles and practices.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail and the ability to meet deadlines.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively with diverse stakeholders.
- Ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong understanding of financial markets and instruments, with practical application skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other relevant software applications.
