Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform broadband installation, router configuration, and connection testing at customer premises.
  • Handle fiber (FTTH) / LAN cable connections, splicing, and ONT device setup.
  • Conduct site surveys and ensure installations meet company quality standards.
  • Troubleshoot network and connectivity issues during or after installation.
  • Maintain accurate records of daily installations and service calls.
  • Coordinate with the backend and network teams for smooth service activation.
  • Educate customers about broadband usage and basic troubleshooting.
  • Ensure safety and compliance during all installation activities.

Required Skills & Qualifications :

  • Knowledge of broadband, fiber optics (FTTH), and basic networking concepts.
  • Hands-on experience with routers, ONT, and Wi-Fi configuration.
  • Good communication and customer service skills.
  • Ability to work independently and manage field operations.
  • Willingness to travel and work on-site.
  • Two-wheeler and valid driving license preferred.
