  • Design and implement robust microservices using Java and Spring.
  • Develop RESTful APIs to facilitate communication between services.
  • Optimize application performance and scalability through efficient coding practices.
  • Collaborate with DevOps teams to automate deployment and integration processes.
  • Ensure system reliability and fault tolerance through effective design.
  • Participate in code reviews to maintain code quality and standards.
  • Implement unit testing and integration testing to verify functionality.
  • Work with cloud platforms like AWS or Azure for microservices deployment.
  • Analyze system performance and troubleshoot issues to enhance user experience.
  • Document design and implementation processes for future reference.
  • Stay updated with the latest Java development trends and technologies.
  • Mentor junior developers on best practices and microservices architecture.
  • Manage dependencies and libraries in projects using Maven or Gradle.
  • Collaborate with UX/UI designers to implement and enhance user interfaces.
  • Participate in agile ceremonies and contribute to project planning.
Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in software development, especially in Java.
  • Strong understanding of microservices architecture and design principles.
  • Proficiency in Spring Boot, Spring MVC, and other related frameworks.
  • Hands-on experience developing REST APIs and Microservices.
  • Familiarity with containerization tools like Docker and Kubernetes.
  • Experience with cloud service providers, e.g., AWS or Azure.
  • Knowledge of CI/CD tools and DevOps practices.
  • Familiarity with relational and NoSQL databases, such as MySQL or MongoDB.
  • Ability to work in an agile development environment.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Experience with version control systems like Git.
  • Ability to mentor and guide junior team members.
  • Understanding of security practices in application design and development.
