About the Role

We are seeking a Data Analyst to join our analytics team. The role involves analyzing complex datasets, applying visualization and storytelling techniques, and generating insights to drive business decisions across domains like retail, CPG, telecom, hospitality, supply chain, finance, or marketing.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify operational improvements and propose solutions using CI tools and techniques.
  • Manipulate, analyze, and synthesize large datasets from multiple sources while ensuring data integrity.
  • Deliver timely, high-quality analysis and reports within agreed KPIs.
  • Develop dashboards and reports using approved tools (e.g., Tableau, PyDash).
  • Engage with stakeholders to understand business problems and translate them into analytical solutions.
  • Support automation of repeatable tasks and dashboard/report refresh processes.
  • Write efficient, well-documented code and contribute reusable modules to shared repositories.
  • Generate insights that contribute to business growth beyond the initial request.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure analytics solutions align with business needs.

Requirements

  • 1–2 years of analytics delivery experience in domains such as retail, CPG, telecom, or hospitality.
  • Exposure to at least one functional area: marketing, supply chain, operations, finance, digital, merchandising, or customer analytics.
  • Strong knowledge of Advanced Excel, SQL, Hive, and basic statistical concepts (correlation, hypothesis testing).
  • Ability to build visualizations, self-service dashboards, and reports using Tableau.
  • Familiarity with data warehouse concepts (Hadoop, Teradata).
  • Experience with automation tools like Alteryx or Python is a plus.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to generate actionable insights.
