KRA – HR Executive

Recruitment & Talent Acquisition

  • End-to-end recruitment process: sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding.
  • Maintain a talent pipeline for ongoing and future hiring requirements.
  • Coordinate with department heads to understand manpower needs and job descriptions.
  • Ensure timely closure of open positions within defined TAT.
  • Manage job postings on job portals, social media, and professional networks.

Employee Onboarding & Induction

  • Conduct employee joining formalities and induction programs.
  • Prepare and maintain employee files, ID cards, and HR databases.
  • Ensure smooth transition for new employees into the organization.

Attendance, Payroll & Leave Management

  • Maintain attendance, leave records, and monthly payroll coordination.
  • Handle salary inputs, deductions, reimbursements, and statutory compliance data.
  • Liaise with finance for timely salary disbursement.

Employee Engagement & Retention

  • Plan and execute engagement activities, events, and recognition programs.
  • Conduct regular feedback sessions and grievance redressal.
  • Monitor employee morale and suggest initiatives to enhance workplace culture.

Performance Management

  • Coordinate performance appraisals and KRA tracking.
  • Support department heads in defining performance metrics.
  • Maintain documentation for appraisal cycles and increment letters.

HR Policy Implementation & Compliance

  • Ensure adherence to company HR policies and code of conduct.
  • Assist in drafting, updating, and communicating HR policies.
  • Support compliance with labor laws, PF, ESIC, and other statutory regulations.

Training & Development

  • Identify training needs in coordination with department heads.
  • Organize internal and external training programs.
  • Maintain training attendance, feedback, and effectiveness reports.

HR Reporting & MIS

  • Maintain HR dashboards and monthly MIS on recruitment, attrition, and attendance.
  • Present HR analytics for management review and decision-making.
