We are looking for a Python Developer with strong expertise in Django-based API microservices, automation workflows, and web scraping to build next-gen campaign management tools for Retail Media platforms.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain Django-based API microservices for campaign automation and reporting.
• Build automation workflows for campaign setup, budget optimization, and performance monitoring across Amazon Ads, Flipkart Ads, Blinkit Ads, and other retail media platforms.
• Develop scalable web scraping and data ingestion pipelines to extract competitive intelligence (pricing, promotions, keywords, placements).
• Work on scheduling and orchestration tools (Celery, Airflow, etc.) for data workflows and automation tasks.
• Integrate with Retail Media APIs (Amazon Advertising API, Flipkart Ads API, etc.) for campaign management and reporting.
• Implement monitoring, logging, and alerting systems for automation processes.
• Collaborate with data engineers, analysts, and product teams to translate business requirements into scalable technical solutions.
• Ensure data accuracy, performance optimization, and security compliance in scraping and automation modules.

Required Skills & Experience

• Strong proficiency in Python 3.x.
• Hands-on experience with Django / Django REST Framework (DRF) for building microservices and APIs.
• Experience in web scraping frameworks (Scrapy, Playwright, Selenium, BeautifulSoup, Requests).
• Familiarity with task orchestration and automation tools (Celery, Airflow, Prefect).
• Knowledge of Retail Media / Advertising APIs (Amazon Advertising, Flipkart Ads, Google Ads API experience is a plus).
• Strong understanding of REST APIs, authentication (OAuth2), and API rate limiting.
• Experience with SQL and NoSQL databases (PostgreSQL, MongoDB, Redis).
• Proficiency in automation scripts, cron jobs, and ETL pipelines.
• Knowledge of cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure) and Docker / Kubernetes for deployment.
• Strong debugging, problem-solving, and performance tuning skills.

Good to Have / Domain Knowledge

• Understanding of Retail Media ecosystem (sponsored products, sponsored brands, DSP).
• Knowledge of campaign management workflows (keyword harvesting, bid adjustments, budget pacing).
• Experience in Digital Shelf analytics (pricing, promotions, availability, share of voice).
• Exposure to AdTech / MarTech platforms and programmatic advertising tools.
• Familiarity with machine learning libraries (Pandas, Scikit-learn, PyTorch) for campaign optimization.
