About the Role

We are seeking an experienced and results-driven SEO & Digital Marketing Manager
to lead our digital growth initiatives. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of improving organic search rankings, managing high-performing paid campaigns across Google and Meta platforms, and delivering measurable business results through data-driven strategies.

This role requires a strong blend of analytical expertise, creative thinking, and strategic execution across all digital channels.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute comprehensive
    SEO strategies
    to enhance website visibility, search rankings, and organic traffic.
  • Conduct in-depth
    keyword research
    ,
    on-page and off-page optimization
    , and regular
    SEO audits
    to ensure website health and performance.
  • Plan, manage, and optimize
    paid media campaigns
    across
    Google Ads, Meta (Facebook/Instagram) Ads
    , and other digital platforms.
  • Oversee
    lead generation and performance marketing funnels
    , focusing on maximizing ROI and conversion rates.
  • Collaborate with the
    content, design, and development teams
    to ensure all marketing initiatives align with SEO and brand objectives.
  • Monitor, analyze, and report on campaign performance using tools such as
    Google Analytics, Search Console, Tag Manager, SEMrush, and Ahrefs

  • Stay informed about the latest trends, tools, and algorithm updates in SEO, SEM, and digital marketing.

Qualifications & Skills

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
  • 3–5+ years of professional experience in
    SEO, SEM, and digital marketing campaign management
    .
  • Demonstrated success in
    improving organic rankings and managing paid ad budgets
    with measurable results.
  • Proficiency with
    Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager
    , and key analytics tools.
  • Strong understanding of
    CRO, A/B testing, and data analytics
    .
  • Excellent project management, communication, and analytical skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, results-oriented environment.
