Role Description
This is a full-time role based in Delhi / Hyderabad or remote ( Depends upon the Location of the candidate). As a GM- Strategic Alliance and Business Development, you will be responsible for setting the vision, strategic direction and long and short-term business goals for the Company.
- The role is responsible for the overall leadership and management of the team in all aspects of Business Development, Growth, expansion of company including, but not limited to, Operations, financial management, delivery, customer service, and field marketing.
- The role is responsible for planning, implementation of business targets and Interacts with the external business community to promote company and business
- Will be part of the Staffington Leadership team.
Responsibilities
- The purpose of this role is to generate new business, create new opportunities and increase revenue for the company. Maximize sales by increasing market penetration, visibility and by strengthening relationships amongst designated accounts.
- This position shall be responsible for leading and developing a strong and success-driven sales team/network across the respective regions.
- Strategically plan the overall management objectives, in ensuring they are on target with business unit goals and directives.
- Interact with TA Head/HR Head/CXO level for their manpower needs.
- Responsible for P&L role
- Identify and develop new streams for long-term revenue growth and maintaining relationships with customers to achieve repeat/ referral business.
- Responsible for business development; includes planning and building short & long-term, Cross-functional approach through coordination with multiple teams.
- Identifying & generating new leads in the Domestic Market
- Achieving sales targets through the acquisition of new clients and growing business from existing clients
