The Building Construction Products (BCP) Division has an exciting opportunity available as a Human Resources Manager located in Torreon, Mexico. In this role you will be the onsite lead HR of approximately 1800 employees, and primarily responsible for overseeing all HR aspects within the facility while working closely with the Facility Manager and on-site senior leaders. As a member of the Human Resources team, you will need to have a growth mindset, promote continuous improvement, and help build a defect-free culture. What You Will Do:

• Conducting final review and approval before internal or external communications are released.
• Consulting with managers on messaging using the power of words, images, sounds and multi-media.
• Coaching staff involved in any communication events or presentations.
• Advising organization on communication deliverables to ensure clarity and accuracy of message.

What You Have:

• Individual Communicating Complex Concepts: Knowledge of effective presentation tools and techniques to ensure clear understanding; ability to use summarization and simplification techniques to explain complex technical concepts in simple, clear language appropriate to the audience.
• Effective Communications: Understanding of effective communication concepts, tools, and techniques; ability to accurately transmit, receive, and interpret ideas, information, and needs through appropriate communication behaviors in English and Spanish.
• Influencing & Initiative: Knowledge of effective influencing tactics and strategies; ability to impact decisions within and outside own organization. Being proactive and committing to action on self-identified job responsibilities and challenges; ability to seek out work and the drive to accomplish goals.
• Organizational & Corporate Communications: Knowledge of communication techniques, media, copywriting, and editing; ability to review and edit content to support marketing and internal/external communications. Proficient in leveraging communication tools and techniques to effectively convey organizational messages.

Top Candidates will also have:

• Bachelors degree
• Knowledge of organizational communication tools and strategies for internal and external messaging.
• Experience in copywriting and editing for impactful corporate communications.
• Ability to simplify and clearly communicate complex concepts to diverse audiences.
• Experience leading the design, development, production, and consultation of internal and external communication materials and media.
• English Communication: Ability to communicate effectively in English - spoken, written, and read.

Additional Information:

• Location: Torreon, MX
• Domestic relocation is offered.
• This position requires the candidate to work on-site five days a week.
