Job Summary:
We are looking for an experienced and driven US Non-IT Recruiter to join our team in Gachibowli, Hyderabad. The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling end-to-end recruitment for non-IT positions in the US market, including roles in healthcare, logistics, finance, customer service, and more. This role requires working during US business hours (EST).
Key Responsibilities:
- Understand job requirements from clients/hiring managers and develop sourcing strategies.
- Source candidates using various channels including job boards (Indeed, Monster, CareerBuilder), LinkedIn, internal databases, and referrals.
- Conduct initial screening and evaluate candidates based on job fit, experience, and availability.
- Coordinate interview schedules and manage communications between candidates and clients.
- Negotiate salary expectations and assist with offer closures.
- Maintain and update applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruitment databases.
- Ensure a seamless and professional candidate experience.
- Stay updated on US market trends, employment regulations, and client needs.
Requirements:
- 15 years of experience in US Non-IT recruitment.
- Strong knowledge of sourcing techniques and recruiting tools.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
- Familiarity with US employment types (W2, 1099, C2C) is a plus.
- Must be comfortable working US EST shift (night shift in India).
